Storms swept across Louisville this morning. As for now, the sun is out as well as the power in some places. Thankfully we've got ours. So here is how we spent our rainy morning....
A little first time finger paintin' for the little Boo
A lot of sister playin'
Picture takin' from various spots on the beloved chair, chosen accurately and very decisively by the big Boo
A little more Aubrey-Bobin'
Of course, some Bible readin'
And definitely some strollin' on the bed
Let's not forget about nervous Charley-in (doesn't make much sense in writing but got to keep the theme goin')...she hates thunder!
What I didn't include in the picture fun? Meltdowns from both Boos at the same time. I was going to try to grab the camera to share the moment but I had one child on the hall floor thrashing around and the other in the bathroom doing the same. Yes, it was quite the moment. Mama said there'd be days like this, didn't she?

So I was totally taking the title of the post literally and thought I was going to get a look at the rainy day.
